Thats true they are often taken from IVF clinics, where the owner has no further need for them.

not fertilized in a womans body in this case only means that the eggs from the donor woman is collected and fertilized in vitro ( in a laboratory and not as it normally occurs in the body of a women) theres nothing more to it then that
