E.J, Sami & Lucas.. What am I missing here??

I haven’t seen it regular since Lucas married Samia nd she was in the hospital following the wedding.
I know that she is preggers and they are E.J’s. E.J is suppose to be getting her stemcells for Stefano, but I don’t understand why he needs them??
E.J really does LOVE Sami, right?
Lucas has forgiven Sami and plans to raise E.J’s baby?
What else am I missing??

EJ doesn’t need the stem cells his father Stefan needs them to sustain his life and it’s not EJ who is out to get them it’s Tony Dimera EJ’s brother who is trying to get them for his father.
It has not yet been officially confirmed that EJ is the father of Samantha’s child but rumor has it she is carrying twins and it was first said that one would be Lucas’s and the other would EJ’s. Celeste performed on of her voodoo rituals and told EJ that he was definitely the father.
Yeas Lucas has excepted all of this and has said that he would love the child whether he is the father or not.
I agree that EJ loves Sami last week he lied to his father and he is going to join the Brady’s in their quest to end the feud this summer, turning his back on his father and the rest of the Dimera family.

well today’s eposide said lucas didnt want to raise them if they was e.j.s and they told sami today that she having twins

also Kate is blackmailing Nick to change the DNA so if they are Lucas change them to be EJ she using the hair brush thing against him

That they will be on Maury Povich Paternity Test Tuesday. No Lucas is the real father because his mom told Nick to switcht the test so that it comes out that EJ is the father. So her son can move on with out Sammie in his life. Then they will be on Baby Daddy Wensday. Lucas you are the daddy.
